I got my order that had to be resent (customs jacked my order) a fee days ago. Customer service rep was nice and helpful but extremely defensive. Claimed they were the best in the business and out of 40,000+ shipments they have never messed up one. Riiiiiight.
Either way, I got my beans albeit being a month and a half from ordering.
I'll be ordering from herbies from now on. They've never lost anything of mine or had customs snag anything, no discret Shipping necessary either.
