Boomers in my pot!

Never had this happen before. I have mushrooms growing in my pot. Is this a bad thing. I figured it was good meaning I had good fungal presence. The ones in the picture died but more keep popping up. I haven't noticed anything negative with my plants at all actually they are doing great. Anyways can I get some feedback from anyone who has experience with this?
