Bosnia Tree Powder Mildew?

So my gf got me this for my bday in july its just been sitting in my window ledge inside my house...the window where it sits the glass reads 64 degrees so my plant reads 65f ...is this p/m???

Looks like mycelium to me. Has it drank any compost tea?

No I just fill.my sink with water a half inch above the pot like the directions say when its dry so it drinks tons goes a week drinks again

Alittle peroxide in water sprayed lightly on the soil will clear that up.

Still looks like mycelium to me, which is a great thing to have growing on your soil. If your plant is healthy, I wouldn't change anything.

Mycelium is basically the roots of a fungus. Any time I see mycelium on my soil, my plants are happy.
