Botanicals?

I ordered it last night. Hopefully i will get it by friday.

If a normal dose of kanna is 1-2 grams orally, then a dose of 5x extract, in theory, should be between 200 and 400 mg?
 
the site i was goin to order from says their pharmaceutical grade kanna powder and 15x kanna extract are best used as a snuff and the dose should start at 10-15mg and increase if desired.

and its cheap 18dollars per gram
 
I tried the 5x kanna extract tonight

I took around 200 miligrams initially. I just ate the powder, which resembled salty chocolate. It would definitely burn like hell to snort. I was also smoking a blunt while consuming the kanna. About 20 minutes later, I got very hot, a little queezy, and noticed a definite buzz. About 20 minutes later, the nausea subsided, and i was feeling nice.

I decided to smoke a bowl with some kanna dusted on top. It didn't taste too bad, and i definitely felt the additional amount that i had consumed. It made my ears feel very strange. Almost like a pleasant itchy tickle.

Next time, i will place the extract in a gel cap, so i don't have to taste it.
 
My main purpose of Damiana was to have a base to smoke JWH's and other powders, but it has many potential health benefits as well, dis spite the less then appealing taste when smoked. I personally don't think twice about the taste.

Some positives, though there are negative side effects I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary.

I received a sample of blue lotus leaf.

The smoke is very mild, similar to mullein.

I ate roughly 6 grams in gel caps, and about an hour later, felt tired and relaxed, although this feeling was not too strong. I then smoked a roach, which was when I really noticed the effects. Blue lotus compliments mj nicely


I am going to consider purchasing extract, because I feel this plant has potential at higher dosage.

Does anyone have experience with extracts?
