Both my babies need urgent help

Hello and good evening to you all,

Im fairly new to the forums and completley new to growing

Ive passed the propagating and sprout stage with no real problems, any of which i have asked about and had very helpful information from users on here.

i am now 23 days into my grow (from sprout)
i have 2 15l pots with 1 x cheese 1 x northen lights potted in all mix soil
they are both under a 125w cfl
extracted by a 4" extractor
with a desk fan on oscilate
i have biobizz grow and biobizz bloom but have not fed any to them yet
i also have seaweed extract which i dilute 1ml to every litre fed to each plant

All the way through the grow they have been fine except my northen lights started to show a few signs of some issues, around 5 days ago.
I noticed she had stunted growth compared to the cheese plant, and upon closer inspection found that she had what looked like dead tips on a few of her leaves, i decided to switch my desk fan off then, and bring the lights up higher (to around 12 inches away from plant) to try and reduce any stress, then try and monitor her see what was going on.

In the last 2 days i have now found that her sister is now showing signs of this also , so now it leaves me no choice but to ask for help, figure out what is wrong, as i am no closer after trying to research

I have attached pictures, so you can see for yourself, me and my partner invested a lot of time into these little girls and i feel like ive done something wrong for the leaves to start dying or discolouring.

Thank you in advance

whats the N P K on yur soil? that could be causing a lil bit of burn, maybe its to hot for the seedlings

reason i said to feed a lil is cuz they looked a lil bit lime/yellow green...sign of Nitrogen hunger

Unfortunatly i dont have an npk meter, and to be honest up until i just read your post i wasn't aware that i needed one :-?

I only learned recently after buying a humidity and temp monitor that the temp was a bit high, so i then went and bought the extractor, all i know temprature wise is that the tent is around 24-26 now with extractor running

I have followed your advice and this morning fed both plants. 1 litre each with 1ml diluted seaweed extract and 2 ml of biobizz grow, i know i wont see any affects for a few days.

can anybody definatly tell me that its a lack of nute problem..

thanks

i discarded the bag when i first set up everything, all i know is it was bio bizz all - mix soil, ive been told they have enough nutes in the soil for around 4 weeks or something like that
