Both veg and bloom during vegetation???

I have 2 Bestva 1000 watt LEDs in a 2x4x5 tent. My clones are a little over three and a half weeks old I've had them for a little over two weeks under just the blue light I slipped both switches on hoping to speed up growth is this a good idea??! Please help I really don't know what I'm doing since this is my first time growing

I would run both veg and bloom for the entire grow.

Yes...use both..more light, faster and better quality grow..increased spectrum
