Botinicare Hydroplex for Flower, Ppm, and Feeding Schedule

im using botinicare pure blend pro-bloom 1200, cal-mag 500, in soil 4 weeks into flower, 2000watt hps/mh blue, it says to introduce hydroplex on the last 4weeks of flower, how much should i be feeding them how often?????

The back of the bottles says 2-5 mls per gallon. Start low and increase as needed.
