The plant is about 11 days old and has been in a 24 hour light cycle 2 inches under 5, 4 foot long t5s the whole time. For soil Iam using fox farm happy frog with no additives such asperlite or vermiculite. The plant seems to be growing very slowly and the false leaves are starting to shribble... The rh staysbetween 25 and 50 percent with an average temp of 89 degrees. The ph levels of my water are between 6.5- 6.9. Does this seem Fine? If not any sugestión? Thanks!

General advice:
check the PH of the Runoff water, to see what the root level ph is.
get those temps down!

It looks totally fine. Have patience.

Nice short stem, good looking growth. That's nothing to worry about at all.

looks fine to me make sure your light is the correct hight tho curling can be from lack of light and over watering. nothing seems to worry me at this point give it time
