Thanks, I googled: "chart which identifies the sexual characteristics of cannabis" but found nothing as convincing as hearing it from a fellow grower. I was pretty sure it's a lady but a 2nd opinion is nice

Why not use common sense and google an appropriate term, such as "sexing cannabis plants?" 
If the pictures returned are not convincing you probably should not be growing..

Why is a hermie of any relevance? A very very simple google search, and it tells you and shows you EXACTLY what you are looking at. I fail to understand how this is such a complicated concept. If it were a hermie, exactly the same google search would answer that as well, because you'd be looking at balls as well as hairs
