For future reference:

It is always better to prevent a situation, rather than to apply corrective measures after it spirals out of control! The way to prevent this type of thing in the future is to run a cheap reciprecating fan, inside your grow area (the air movement forces the branches to "bend and sway", strengthening them in order to prevent just this sort of thing).

Ive got 2 6 inch fans blowing in the tent and a 190cfm exaust, thanks for you input though.

They are def handy to have around, you can manipulate one hook to a limper, then string it across to another limper and have eachother support the other one. 40lb test for line so there is no breakage.

On your next grow, you can use a little Potassium Silicate AKA- rhino skin to deliver the silicate to help stiffen the branches along with the use of your fans. It's natural- silica is found in soil, so the plant up takes what it needs to grow stronger cell structure!:)
