brand Volcano Vaporiser not working

Hoping someone with one of these may be able to help. I have just bought a volcano but have got it home and although it heats up the fan does not come on at all. the green light on the button comes on the nothing at all form the fan. Is there something i am doing wrong?

is it the digital or original model

Mine has two buttons.........one to turn on/off and the other is the on/off for the fan.

Not sure about the digital model. But if the unit heats up and no fan is running, it's broken. I've had mine for at least 10 years and haven't had a single issue with it.

the original the fan should turn on maybe a bad connection take it back

you can open it up and look inside to make sure connections are all there or if anythings burnt could just be a fan that went out.

thanks everyone, i have managed to get it on if give it a bit of a shake but if i turn the button of and back on it will sometimes judder a bit but thats it. i have to shake it again or blowing down the filter bit lightly seems to get the fan to come on as well. anyway i think i will take it back as it seems faulty regardless! just really wish i could give it a go
