When breeding two IBL together that are both less vigorous, will the birth of these two strain crossed make it a vigous plant again? or will all of its kids be less vigour to?

Yes it is called hybrid vigor when you take to inbred lines and cross them to each other you receive a large dose of hybrid vigor

I can vouch for this phenomenon..see pic of bud structure and need/strategy for bending stalks over after humingous 2ft to 5ft stretch within 2wks of flip! Imma happy grow camper after crossing two sativa-dominant IBLs, one CBD-rich/mid-THC20200523_100702.jpg, the other, high-THC!! .. other than the obvious supercropping, this is the plant's natural growth pattern in only a 1gal bag
(2 liter/half-gal soda bottle for scale)

Most recently I crossed Grand Daddy Purp and OG Kush x Blueberry.
I can attest that hybrid vigor can be aggressive.

Note below this oddity. Albino mutant. We shall see if it survives.
