Breeding help

I am doing a breeding experiment, I was wanting to use the male chronic lights assassin to backcross with the mother plant clone(chronic lights). I still have some pollen from the fatherplant in the freezer... But I like the chronic lights growth structure, with nice side branching, and the male offspring plant seems to have this trait that I desire, so I want to capture it. Any ideas or information? I know this isn't the traditional way of breeding but I figured it should work out.
Also would like to know if pollinating a single cola effects the potency of the whole plant, or only the bud expose to pollen? Thanks for any input or advice!

This is off topic, but I was wanting to know if, when vegging my clones does it matter if I give them mixed light cycles? Like some days I forget to take them inside so they only get 12hrs light then the next day they get 24hrs. They shouldn't flower like this, but does it change growth any or send flowering hormones into the plant??

Call me innocent, and that's not likely cuz I'm old, but there is little potency difference in seeded weed and non. There is clearly a yield difference as seeds weigh a lot. And it's work to remove them. But the high is the same if not better, because it has matured.

To speak specifically to your question, I pollinated a single branch using a qtip and it grew seeds, and the buds were as potent as the seedless ones.

Hey Smokey Dragon, you really want to stay consistent with your light times for veg, it will mostly confuse your plants, the 24hr days they wont get any rest time to grow, and the 12 hr days they may decided to try and flower on you. They will end up with some stresses over time too, from inconsistent growing, flowering hormones on and off and can stunt them in extreme cases. All that being said it's a weed first and for most so as long as its not pushing pistols on you its cool, you can always fix stresses or deficiencies easiest in veg, flower not so much LOL. MD

I would take and blend the pollen of both and yes do some pollen chucking on her, if you want to do a branch or 2 you can do that too, a little more work and a few less seeds LOL, but you'll do fine. MD

Wow that sounds interesting and useful, had no idea you ran your own business/website! I am going to check it out, look forward to be doing business with you soon!

I recently transplanted theese rootbound clones,20170124_192000.jpg
(to MG potting mix)and ever since they have been looking worse... I believe its a phosphorus deficiency, but wanted to confirm before I gave them nutrients for it!? Any opinions, input, or solutions?

Does she look any thicker today!? I feel like she's blown up since the transplant!
I figured it would have been stressed bad because I accidently got dirt on my buds in the process which really upset me, so me being dumb AF thought of a bright idea, and decided to use a co2 gun to blast the dirt off the buds at first I thought it was a great idea bcuz I saw all kinda dust coming off the buds then I realized it was to high powered and too close to the plant when I seen pieces of buds and sugar leaves all over, I scraped up most of the evidence and smoked it up lol...
"What doesn't kill ya makes you stronger", right?
Except this didn't get as much dirt off as I thought it would have, so I did more harm than good...(a couple buds damaged)
Anyways I figured I would try another method of cleansing the flowers, I brought the plant inside and hosed her off with the shower then used two fans and a cool hair dryer to prevent them from getting mold.. I think it worked, but the only thing is, there's been really intense wind here the past couple days and now I got some dirty ass buds again, plus the pistils are all Turing orange from being sprayed with water...
Is there any other methods or ideas that y'all know of to clean your trees that are outdoors?
