Bridgelux Gen 2 strip & bud density question.

Hey all,

I'm running 12 EB2 strips (BXEB-L1120Z-35E4000-C-B3 4000 LM NEUTRAL WHITE LINEAR MOD) off an HLG480 over a 4x4 tray.

Finished up the first grow with these lights a couple months ago running Autos. Soil grow, temp ~80F ~65%rh average.

Each plant ended up with around 2-3oz of trimmed bud and 2-3oz of airey and popcorn bud.

Would adding any different kind of strips during flowering help with getting the buds to be more dense? Or is that a function of the strain?

you could try adding some 660nm diodes and maybe a little UV https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002F5544/?coliid=I2DMX3I3GMRJLY&colid=AW7UKM9ED6GM&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it. you could try LST to keep the plants shorter to compensate for the lack of penetration. is you grow area surrounded by mylar or some other reflective material?

I'm doing some minor lst.

With the current plants I have going, If 2 weren't "runted" and I did a little more lst they would pretty much fill the 4x4 tray without pushing into each other.

2 walls and the ceiling are silver mylar and the other 2 walls are painted white.

The front small plant and the back right plant are runts compared to the other 4.

How far away are your strips from the plants?
