Thanks bigg, I really do appreciate the comments, I put a lot of time into this from the last 3 months.
I have been almost impossibly busy at work lately but I am committed to this. I am happy my DIY thread seams healthy and I will post there and hear maybe just not quite as often at the moment.
So a local buddy of mine, a little more on the professional side of growing came by to have a look, the one question he kept asking was, "how many whats you got in there?" lol, he estimated maybe 4-6 ounces...
Also said this strain, Cookies dominate wont really ever amber up and do at least a 3 week flush, its been pretty much that now, I think I am almost there, just gonna start waiting for the hairs to curl up...
5 Day dry seem ok?

As for drying, I usually chop, trim and hang my buds on the stems for 3 days in the dark. Then I snip the buds off the stems and put them in brown paper bags for two days, then I jar them up and burp them 1-2 times a day for a week or two.
Once done trimming (don't forget to save that yummy scissor hash), I then make bubble hash,
What I really advise against is trimming after you chop and hang your plants. It's an absolute nightmare to trim once your leaves go limp.
Also, don't have a lot of air blowing directly on the drying buds and if you can keep your humidity around 60%, then you won't speed dry them.
Curing is such and important part that is often overlooked.
It's tough to swallow that after all this hard work, your meds really need a good three weeks after the chop to really take on that dankness.

I would love to know what you pull out of there in the end, Maybe I should look at some of these vero's...
Where is the noise coming from exactly on the videos? PSU's or fans to cool heatsinks? (I couldn't spot any fans on the heatsinks.)

Looking good....you say the grow is using 223watts (was it?) but how much are those power supplies consuming?

Another 100 watts would definitely cover everything else including power supply's, fans and that.

Awesome new vid PICOGRAV, Am I right in thinking you possibly have a lil of an australian accent? I'd really love for you to try a scrog style grow to imrpove yields for comparison as I always managed great yields from HPS using this method.

Yeah, I have lived half my live in aus, but I am back in the USA for good I think 
My dog really has been growing with these plants, you can spot him in the first pictures and Videos, his name is TIM.
I think scrog could be good to but how much extra time do you need when you think about weaving the plants through a net? I guess for long veg grows it could be key to high yields.

I veg my rooted clones for 1-2 weeks in hydro nft setup before flipping to 12/12 when around 75% of the screens holes have shoots through... in my small area 55*75cm with 2 cuts... The screen is about 6" above them... I continue training (supercropping and pulling and moving the shoots further towards the outer screen) for 2-3 weeks into flower and then let them do their thing for the remaining 5 (this particular strain). Its the fastest way I can think of personally

Got one question for you mate - in your video you mentioned at looking at reflectors for your next setup. Any ideas at what you're thinking of, where you're getting it?
I've had a quick look once or twice and haven't seen too many of the Vero reflectors in the shops.
I did find this reef thread based on the V-29/V-18 http://www.nano-reef.com/topic/335005-the-not-so-nano-evil-cluster-build/ I think that's a part he imported from widegerm, but not Vero specific. Plenty of complaints from him about the size. (v29 pictured)
The Ledil Angela/Angelina look the business, but I've not seen stock anywhere yet

Wouldn't those heat sinks with the grooves for attaching the LEDs by bolts actually create heat pockets under a large LED like the Vero?
I was looking at the same type of heat-sink while noodling about my own potential project and it struck me that you'd lose precious contact... and that would be bad directly under the LED...

In the guy's defence he is running them really soft (300-700mA?), but it doesn't look a great.
It'd be useful if Bridgelux gave us the dimension of the 'heatspreader' on the rear - the smaller Vero might be ok on a makersled. Looks around 20x20mm on the v18.

You can download the CAD files from their web site or just use a tape measure, what is the specs on that main reflector, over the Vero?
