Broken Mogul Socket

I had a accident and a pole fell and hit my mogul socket. It broke right around it but is still attached but with a crack completely around the ceramic socket im assuming this is not safe to use any longer? Can I electrical tape on it or does it just get to hot? Any input would be great. Thx. I cant get one tonight don't know what to do with plants!!!!!

I would get one right quick and NOT use the broken/cracked one.

No light till it's replaced beats a fire any day.

I hear you. its broken bad. I dug up some t5's they will be fine I was just having a break down after nute issues now lights. Not ment to grow I think. lol. thx for reply.
