Broken trichomes

I wish I could take a picture of this for you guys, but I shake like crazy trying to be steady..anyways

Have you ever looked at your trichomes under microscope and notice they were broken or shattered ? I'm wondering why...

I'm about to harvest so nothing I can do, just curious.

I hate when a friend walks in the grow room and squeeze a nug to smell the plant, I never ever pet my weed!! So super careful not to touch the nugs while trimming too.

What if you trim over something to collect the fallen trics then once the bud is jared sprinkle all the "dust" or broken trics into the jars ontop of the bud?
