Recently came across this particular plant which has got 95% pistils with white hairs with only a couple bud sites which have gone to a buzz cut type length so i was wondering what this is caused to as i've never came across this before :peace:
P.M; this is indoors

Thought I saw an explanation for this somewhere but can't recall the specifics. One of my Tangues did this last run. It came out of it after a few weeks.

Havent seen any male parts so could really use some help with the cause of this..
It's bugging me too now, because it was just discussed less than a month ago, but I can't remember for the life of me because when I read it I went ok no biggie, and it didn't even register in the noggin. Mine had no male parts either and I've harvested since then and it turned out kill. It also grew out of it within a few weeks. Mine was a Crocketts Strawberry banana x Tangie. Want to believe it was some kind of hormone deal that was discussed.

It's been just over a week and those brown fuzzy hairs havent caused any issues from what i can see! The plants that showed those traits are currently the fattest at the moment in terms of nugs and are covered in THC and now the whole plant has slowly started showing brown hairs in a uniformed manor now so doesnt seem to be a problem.. as i near the 2 week mark im going to give a light flush of hydrogen peroxide just incase the browning was due to slight root rot, not sure if thats a good idea or whether a flush would be just as good. :peace:

If you had root rot you may have stressed her into finishing sooner than later. Ive read that you can simulate bug attacks to force the plant to finish faster, maybe root rot had the same effect? Looks fine tho just make sure to keep everything clean, if you are using h2o2 id recommend that you move on to pool shock as it works 10x better than h2o2. The benefit is a cleaner res the negative is you lose the oxygen molecule from the h2o2. However if you have cool res temps and air stones you dont lose out on the o molecule because you already have the oxygen via air stones for the roots. If you are interested i can link you to threads on how beneficial pool shock is.
