Brown leaves problem

Dear growers

I have a problem with some of me plants. The bottom leaves are turning brown. I'm using the following setup:

1. Deep water culture

2. 130 watts of CFL lights

3. Off the shelf Nutes bloom formula - 800ppm

4. Satori strain from Mandala Seeds

I have attached some pix. Please do let me know what the possible problems may be. Thank you.

Have to say it too, looks like nute burn, 800 ppm for such a small plant is too much, Bloom nutes? why?

I have dropped thw ppm to 670. bloom nutes coz its in flowering. it is the smallest of me 4 plants. tallest is over 2 feet.
