Brown looking looking rusted spots on leaves

I got brown looking rust spots on my leaves what is it? my pH is 6.3 in soil using nutrients fox farm once every other feeding my lights are 20 inches high LED lights 120 watts each I got six of them Mars hydro LEDs. The brown spots is in the mid plant not the top of the plant. Can some Buddy tell me what's wrong with my plant thank you

I pluck the first leaf that was bad there's a couple more starting in the mid of the plant
