Brown moths that hook onto each other?

I've been noticing these little brown moths on the main stem of my plant lately but I searched all over the internet and not one person can tell me what the fuck they are. They are small, brown, and sort of "hook" onto each other and travel in pairs when they aren't flying. Any idea?

talking about fungus gnats?
