Seedlings are 30days old bubbalicious.
Dwc
Distilled water.
Res temp is 67
I did res change last night, started them on GH 3part, GH rapid start, SOS, all at 1/4 strength. few drops of super thrive and a few drops of floralicious plus. And I have this brown film, feels alittle slimy. I added alittle hygrozyme hoping it will help. Last pic was taken the day before

Could it just be the nutes?
It could be or it could be root rot. What I do in my Hydro is add 5 drops of none scented bleach to it once a week right after rez change. It doesn't harm your ladies or roots. All it will do is kill all harmful crap in your water and keep them roots nice and white.

Lights are 3-5000k t-8 and 4-6500k t-8 (7 bulbs@32w) plenty of ventilation and air movement. Nutes are GH 3part flora series. The floralicious plus pretty dark and thick stuff but it was only a few drops

Quit adding sugar to your res, it's feeding bad microbes. (Floralicious) Look up cyanobacteria.

C'mon guys, this is basic dwc stuff. There's a whole forum for it with tons of threads on what you got.

Fix with aact. (Compost tea/beneficial microbes)

Would the nutes and just few drops of floralicious cause the roots gum up and stick together? I followed the general hydroponics schedule (at 1/4 strength) and it calls for the floralicious on week 1. You think the floralicious and the super thrive are reacting against each other?
