Brown spot/orange hairs

So may be just be over reacting but I wear this may be bud rot any help would be awesome my temps at the highest are 82 lowest is 65 I'm on week 4 day 3 of flower

You'll need to go into mitigation mode, friend...looks like your flowers are starting to rot. If that browning leaf pulls right out of the flower...it's a good indication.

The issue has more to do with humidity, not temperature...if you're not monitoring it, you need to. If you are...this is what you want to address. Don't wait too long...the stuff spreads pretty quickly. Maybe wait for a few others to chime in, but I would think they'll suggest the same. Good luck.

Yea leaf same rite off its ONLY on that single nug should I cut my losses and snip the nug
 
Generally, if it is rot, yeah, you have to snip the flower...but you have to go a good ways beyond the rot to be sure you're getting it out.

Your humidity is probably going to shit when your lights turn off, so make sure that you crank your exhaust fans as soon as lights out.
I am assuming what the video says is about that.
