I'm going to guess at this, but it LOOKS like they shriveled a tad from heat exposure, but the yellowing is whats getting me man, could be a combination of heat and nutrient issues. What are yer temps? I saw a guy forget to turn his heater away from his plants and over night had the whole side of his plant shrivel and looked exactly like yers is starting to.

I was tolled when it is autoflower, then they work best at 20 hours of light. so the 12 hours of light was just to force them into flower.
My temp is 22C and 45% humidity. I have a schedule on how much to feed the plants with nutrients. and i have taken the smallest doses they recommend. so its just weird if its the nutrients.
the plants are 5cm'ers away from the CFL bulb if that have anything to say? But i think its only 1/2 out of 6 who has got those brown spots. it kinda look like someone painted them. lol.

Ya, you are prolly too close to those bulbs bro, 5 cm's is like RIGHT on em almost hehe, Try lifting those lights a tad prolly 6 inches or so, maybe even a foot. 200w is a decent amount of heat, thats what im going with!

if you have to force an auto to flower by changing 12/12 DO NOT change it back...

browning not sure...

Well I really don't have ANY experience in re-vegging a plant man. If it's as simple as that, then keep the 20/4 cycle going, just back the lights up off the plants

im not re-veggin. I forced them into flower cause there were getting to high. And the note i got with the seeds said that i should use 20/4 until they were finish.
Im not that good at english. so bare with me :D
So what am i supposed to do? i have already increased the height of the lamp. but what about the hours? Should i leave it on the 20/4 now, or back to 12/12? If i have to go back to the 12/12 again, wouldn't that stress the plant much more?

Well I'm not sure how auto's work really, but i know at some point you will want to put them to 12/12. I would do what manti said and put em back to 12/12 if they are showing signs of flowering

About the browning good possibility that theyb were burnt from the light...although My t5 cfl's will not burn unless the plants are literally touching them Thats why cfl are great for vegging because you can raise that canopy so close to the light to capture all of the possible lumens. Unlike HID where you must raise the light anywehere from 15 in to 30 in above the canopy loosing half of your possible lumens for every foot you are away from the light, If you had them at 5 cm i would back off a little!!!!

No need to switch an auto flower to 12/12 hense the name autoflower they are not dictated on a photoperiod but rather on a life cycle. They will flower on a 24 hr cycle i have done it many times. The only possibility is that it is a hybrid and it still needs a kick in the ass with a 12 hr dark cycle to get into flowering mode which might be your case.. If your already back on a 20hr cycle and you have started flowering leave it alone
