Brown spots on seedling kinda drooping also??

I have 3 seedlings going but didn't include the other 2 because they are doing fine for now. Its in a 1 gallon pot of seedling soil (peatmoss/perlite) and i recently added about an inch of a (peat moss/perlite/castings mixture) at the bottom of the pot. So I might already know what the problem is but i need another persons 2 cents. did i give these guys to much castings to early?? They are like 20 days old (growing kinda slow i know) also is the 1inch of moist soil i added to the bottom of the pot causing those lower leaves to droop a little?

Any help is appreciated! Even if i answered my own question how does she look?? I have her growing outside and then use cfls to keep her in veg.

Yeah you're probably right! its starting to do it in the middle of the leaf a bit now too:( i took out the inch of hot soil i had at the base of the plant so now all i can do is wait i guess.. I could flush the soil but the plant already looks overwatered

Yea man I just learned this too, not nutes or anything for like 3 weeks, and only water ever few days let the soil completly dry up or else roots rot and slows growth

Wait, what?

I didn't know why two of my plants were growing slow, then saw this and checked and they're waterlogged. Switched them to dry soil and a little water and hope they get better. Thanks and a rep :)
