Brown spots on seedlings?

So this plant is just over a week old. I have it under an LED using Ocean Forrest. No nutrients have been added, just tap water I let sit for 24 hours to remove any chlorine. Brown spots have appeared on the leaves and this has never happened before? Any idea what this could be?

you could save it with an application of perlite, about 2--30% per pot volume, otherwise a flush, 3 times the pot may work, but stay off the nutes for another 2-3 weeks

It doesn't like the soil is the problem.

If it's an important seedling transplanting it would be a good idea.

Thanks. I've always used happy frog in the past and had no issues. I just bought a bag of ocean Forrest to try an organic grow. Now I learned my lesson.

At least my scorpion peppers seem to like it.
