well the twisting and curling looks like phosphorous def and could well be with those low amounts of P. if these are from clones I would add some bloom to the mix. the spotting looks like nute burn but unlikely at those low ppms. could be salt buildup-how often do you change your res water? and how many plants in one res?

Sounds like its a Mg or Calcium defiency or even nute burn. How would i go about add some these? Oh and thanks to all who have helped. +rep

you're gonna need a bigger rez. each plant should have 5 gallons of space. you'll have a hard time keeping things in range if you don't. the ph will be all over the place.
