Brown spots??

So my plant is a month and a half old. About 3 weeks into vegging it had spots all over, new growth, everything. So I did a cal mag foliar feed which seemed to have solved the problem. No new growth had spotting. So my plants are now 8 weeks old, roughly 15-16 Inches tall and I've been breaking the Inside of the Small branches (supercropping I believe) a few times so they create those knuckles and get bushier. Which seems to have worked. Water the plant with botanicare grow, cal mag, and general hydroponics floralicious. When I do the supercropping I add some super thrive. Always balance the water 6.0-6.8. Do that for 3 waters then do one flush. Which I water until it's about an inch dry from the top. I've continues doing the foliar every night before the lights go off on a 18/6 cycle. Temp is 75-79 degrees with humidity 48-55% I have air flowing through the plants enough make make them rustle a bit. They're in a 3qt pot. What can be causing this?? Is it a defiency? A burn? I'm so stumped please help.

It looks like a Cal/Mag issue. Do you use tap water? The nutrients may be present but unavailable due to salt build up. I would also replant those into 5 gal for their size.

I use purified water and always add CaMg by general hydroponics. I was thinking going into a 3 gallon, is that to small? How would I know if there is a salt buildup on the soil

Most soil mixes have nutrients already, usually 4-8 weeks worth. If you have good water a flush and transplant may be the answer.

What is the EC and pH of your runoff?

I have never checked the EC. As far as the runoff last water was at 6.0, I had watered at 6.5. And soil I use the fox farm soil. Should I transplant into a 5 gallon and do a 6.0-7.0 water without the cal-mag and nutrients?

No one has touched on your statement : Do that for 3 waters then do one flush.
You should have been giving them nothing but water for the 1st month, and If needed some cal mag but not General "Hydroponics" calimagic , instead use General "Organics" Cal Mag +.
How many times have you flushed? You probably made things worse by flushing. If you water properly in soil and use the right nutrients you have no need to flush soil.
What to do next? I would just pot up to 5 gal and water without nutes for another month, and don't flush anymore.
