Great, thanks mattso. I will start feeding them nutes at 1/4 strength on the next watering then. I may keep the smaller ones on just water for a week more. I think I will also be using that sensi grow. I will start giving them more water every watering too. Thanks a lot for the help.

Well, I think I will prob have more ?'s once I water. I will probably make the nute solution tonight and feed one plant to make sure it won't burn my whole crop. Let me know what you think of my nute schedule when I post it. :peace:

Day 19. I made a new nutrient solution today for them. I used Advanced Nutrients instead of the Fox Farm nutes. Here is what I put in
Start water 35ppm
AN Cal/Mg 1ml water @ 88ppm
AN B52 10ml
AN Paranaha 1 gram
AN Sweet 5ml
Sensi Grow Part A 4.5ml
Sensi Grow Part B 4.5ml
This brought the solution to 800ppm.
I fed it to this one. Hope we won't see any burn. If it is good I will feed the rest this stuff tommrow.

Let me know what you all think.

I feed that one because it was small. If it can handle the nutes then the rest should def. be able to. I will keep everyone posted.

No signs of burn as of now. I will see how she looks tommrow morning when I get up. (around noon) If any burn I will flush her out and redo the nutes lower.

Dont forget to soak thos plants all the way through. overwatering is when they recive water too often not too much at ounce. the soil need to be wet all the way through or dry spots in the soil will develop and the roots will dry out and die

Mattso, That make total sense, I have been giving them more water. When they where little I gave them about 6 oz of wather. Now it is about 16. I have been getting the whole soil wet and making sure it comes out the bottom. I am thinking about getting those clay pellets and putting them on top of the soil because I heard they help disperse the water evenly. I had no idea they were so expensive. Last time I bought them the hydro store guy kind of snuck them in I think. I am still developing a watering schedule but I think I till go: Feed Friday, Sunday water, Tuesday feed, Thursday Flush, I don't know I will have to try and tweak it. A really appreciate all the help and you are all making this grow go really well so far for me.

Has anyone ever used cal/mg from advanced nutes? (I guess any cal/mg is the same). It seems to add a lot of ppms to the solution. I put about a 1/4 of the amount reccomended. I don't want my solution to be like 1100ppm right now. Any suggestion.

I am not using RO water but I am buying water from the store. I get these:

I try to get distilled water instead of drinking water. PPM is usually 5-50 ppm respectivly.

I am using this Fox Farm soil for all of them except the one that I take a pic of every day. You can see it has more of the white rocks on the top (perlite I think).

This is the soil that that one is using. I had it left over from another grow. It is actually soil and coco. I like it. I think it may be a bit better than the Fox Farm but they both work.

Ok cool! as you can see in the ingredents of the water there is Calcium and magnesium already in the water call mag is not really necessary. you can still add a little it wont hurt. just don over do it. Cal mag is more for people using R O or distilled water that is missing Calcium and magnesium. Now for the expandable clay balls you could put those on top if you want but I find when using coco you dont get much patting down of the soil it stay together and in the pot. you dont get "holes" in the soil when watering. but if you want you can add some large fish tank gravel. but again not necessary.

Cool, thanks for clearing up that Calcium and magnesium issue. I totally understand it now. I will probably use a very little amount (like quarter strength) and just watch for any signs of deffencay.
