Bud burn , how do you tell?

it looks like probly a third of or even less of the buds on the plant have orange/red/brown hairs or mabey there burnt. Not Sure because not all of them are that way. I'm talking about the buds on one plant. How do I tell the diference between bud being burnt from nutes or the light or if there just a normal part of growth?

If you don't see any burn on leaves it seems unlikely there would be any on buds alone. Pictures would help you get more responses.

Sweet I think that this plant is going through maturing faster than the others? I'll take a pic mabey it will show up on the pic?
