Dispensary are not for patients or people they are for profit and that's it and I sure in the hell don't like the police I just don't like someone charging me $20 a gram for something they paid $150 a oz for..

It kills me to listen to this shit. It's a store that fills a need and for those that chose to use it so how is that hurting the movement? I sure as hell was glad to be able to walk in to a dispensary in Vancouver on a recent trip and buy some. At first I hung out at a sketchy part of town hoping to grab some but yup just heroin I think lol. Oh and I paid $10 a gram and was happy to do it. Oh and it was probably one of the top 15 strains I've smoked and that's saying a lot. Your just a dick for making lite of his misfortune, just a dick.

Good point that pisses me off seeing people charge retarded amounts of money to truly sick people. I might as well still be in a non medical state but the few people who truly need medical marijuana I pretty much give them weed and often I do give them weed.
But like say CA they give a card to any jackass who wants one. I would charge them more and bring the truly sick people out back nobody on Social Security can afford $20 a gram which most all truly sick people are on Social Security.

It's pretty cool to have the bud in fan leaf. I had one on a og kush plant last run and of course it yielded nothing, but it was so frosty, I put it with the trim after harvest. Only had 11 fingers though. Nice plant.

I agree about the patient needing meds but is that the dispensaries fault? Or is it the governments fault? I just really don't get it. Perhaps I'm just not getting this right! And now that this thread has gone way the fuck off the track lol, I wish that someone would give me a good reason why dispensaries are bad other than they make money. I had lots of card holders who wanted NOTHING to do with growing OR being involved with a care giver! I was where they came..
People with serious medical problems and had little money were asked to simply make a donation and were NEVER told they had to pay the over the counter price! There WERE (passed away) a few who could not pay anything - They got their meds privately from me for free! They were referred by Doctors and other patients to come see me! BTW - That is considered an illegal transfer in my state!
Under your view should I have been charged for THAT TOO?

It will be all legal never year so it really won't matter, 1 oz and 6 plants without a card, so it really don't matter what I think, I hate the police and there corruption too but that doesn't make it okay for them to raid places but it was illegal you knew it and it's been that since day 1 so you can't really bitch at something when it was never legal to begin with, patient to patient has been in and out of the rules and many times ruled illegal why people think they can do it then go for it but when you get arrested and everything seized don't come on a forum complaining they are raided everyone or doing these major busts because fact is the police don't even know who grows they don't have direct access to the registry list but they do want to get access to it with the new bill being put out. I don't believe people should be charged for weed period, it shouldn't be illegal period. Just like owning a gun and having it, some say its illegal some say its not, federally it is, but you think I would disarm my right for that fact? Hell no I'm upholding my rights and I got a lawyer to back me up if I run into any problems, overall the mmmp act is a joke, anyone and everyone can get a card sick or not, if you got money a doctor will sign it, so I don't even believe any of this medical bs anymore because how easy it is to get and the corrupt doctors that don't even need paperwork to back them up in case of a raid, That is why the courts and judges don't even care about a medical card because it's such a joke when someone says I got it like it's hard to get, You should of seen me getting my record expunged for weed from 8 years ago I mentioned the mmmp card to the judge and he flipped, he said the card was a joke and wanted to deny me because I stated I had my card now but couldn't do much due the fact I followed all the rules. Overall there was no reason to come on here and start a big thread like they were going around doing compliance checks when how are they even going to know who to check? Overall I hope you do get out of that bs, but with the corruption you probably won't, you will get probation and lots of fines, they don't care about anything else. Good luck

Actually it's LEGAL to run a disp if the local DA does not want to pursue cases against disp. IN his county (Words directly FROM the state AG!. Mine existed BEFORE they were a no-no AND I PERSONALLY spoke with city politicians AND the counties DA's and given the green light to remain open!!......I have NOT been even checked by local, county or state officials at any time till raided! My LAWYER SAYS it came directly ORDERED by the State AG who was read transcripts OF testimony given by anyone "pro" MM!
The Lawyer states that he has seen what he has been allowed to see, regarding the reason of the raid - I was ratted out and so were everyone else across the state that has been raided! They are not even paying attention to Detroit!
