Yes i am pleased with the results so far. lots of people say that a 150 Watt is just not enough. but when you can put it within 12 inches of your tops, and accompany it with 175 watts of cfl that light is intense!. the Cfls provide excellent dark spot coverage, and offer the plants some mixed spectrum lighting. And yes... i have seen some very impressive CFL grows.
however i do believe that with an air coolable hood for a 400 or 600 Watt would be easier to keep cool, but thats air coolable of course. i hope to 600W with air coolable hood very soon.

WOW. your a vetran and dont even understand how light intensity affects yield. You obviously need to review the basics.

my grow is small i have 2 phototrons highly modifed . each one has 2 cfls in them small ones just 105 each true wattage 370 eqivalant and 1 grow tent with 8 85 watt cfls in it yess i know too much light tell my plants that i have 1 wild bills marvalous mistrey weed 1 durban poison 1 grape ape and 2 train wreck and 2 desil this is the first time i budded with them i see no diff than useing a hps yess i have 4 dif k buls 4 105 2700 k , 4 105 5000k 8 85 6500k and 8 85 watt 3000k bulbs . the 85 watt ones claim 350 eqivalant i love cfls go to bissnesslight.com 85 watt bulbs are 16.95 ea if u buy a case of 12 or 18.95 ea other wise 105 r 24.95 sigal and 20.95 if u buy case like any body grow ing i have spare lights for the trons and balast too any body got any trons for sale i want 10 of them 5 trough 9 ill take no u shaped bulbs way to old i can rebuild the other ones i have the pats here

How long until you harvest from the time that you took these pictures. I am harvesting my first Medical Blue Dream and I am about a week past what these pics look like. Thanks!
