Does the amount of visible Trichs portray its potency? i see some plants that look frosty as fuck and some dont.

In a word, no. Some great strains don't get frosty at all. The trichs will be there when the time comes.

my current bagseed grow has tichs everywhere and i was just trying to figure out if it means its very potent because ive seen others without as much.

it all comes down to strain when it somes to potency,more trichs = more resin in the plant.
