bud rot or no?

I recently went to check on my plants and notice the buds no longer smelled skunky, but had a harsh odor to them. They smell distinctly different from the previous week, and i was wondering if they were growing a fungus, or had bud rot. My largest plant's lower stems are also wilting and yellowing. Wondering if that's a symptom of the mold? Any help would be greatly appreciated... thanks.

posting some pics of your plants will help with your post, you will get much feedback from everyone. so get some pics up asap. waiting to see those plants, and how bad they look, maybe we can help you out with your problems.
