Should I harvest this plant or remove the rot and see?
first time growing and really don’t want to lose all the bud on this plant. Been really rainy and humid here.

She's really not ready to harvest, I personally, would remove the rot and monitor it very, very closely. If you start to get more rot, then you really don't have a lot of choices but to harvest. Is there any way to build a cover or move it out of the rain? If you could, that would help, and then, if safe, put a fan on it, at least until the weather gets drier. Being in north central CA, we rarely get rain in the summer, but I live coastal, so I know about humidity.

I have a fan on it and have been moving it under a gazebo during rain but I just can’t beat the humidity. I almost want to bring it inside but I don’t think it will get enough sunlight. I’ll remove the rot and see. Thanks for the input. Figured it was way too early to harvest anyway

My last grow i had a top cola die on me not sure if it was rot but the whole top cola died and molded i harvested at day 41 of flower and what i managed to save got me stoned into outer space so i would do what the guy uptop said remove all the rot and monitor it close if it continues to rot harvest that sucker!

Remove the rot and anything adjacent to it as it's airborne. I'd spray the area with a peroxide mix as well to try and kill off as many spores as possible. I can't remember the mix ratio but if you search peroxide for bud rot you'll find it easy. If it starts to spread after you remove the bad spots I'd harvest and try to get something out of it at least. Running fans if possible in the morning or after it rains is really helpful. I understand it might not be an option but getting them dried off asap is important especially if you're already seeing rot.
