Bud sap question

Does bud sap contain THC or is it just water? Anybody try to do anything with some bud sap?

I chopped the top 2 weeks ago and im about to chop the bottom. Found a bud with some sap on it.

No picture needed and it's not THC laden.

Really surprised me how thick and clear the sap is though. Dosent surprise me oldheads thought it was globs of thc back in the day.

It’s called guttation I believe and Harley is right

It's not always clear.

Sometimes it's red and adds absolutely nothing but is used as a selling point for some strains. Same thing with pink pistils which are common when growing landrace strains from certain regions.
