Either way, usually flowers that got hit with something you wouldnt want to smoke can be turned to hash. At least, thats what I have read - I dont think I would use that for anything. Probably just start over from scratch.

Are you going to try and smoke moldy weed? Don't do it bro you don't need the respiratory problems. Don't turn it into oil either as spore toxin will remain and that is just as deadly as the mold itself. That is garbage weed and should be put into the garbage. Just because you can't see the mold doesn't mean it's gone, don't risk your health and just toss that shit.
