Buddha's Dream outdoor topping more than once?

Hello , all!
I'm growing a Buddha's Dream outdoor and looking for advice on topping the plant . I'm trying to keep her around six feet as I'm growing on a hillside and anything over six feet would expose the plant too much to my neighbors . I topped her once and started to stretch the lower branches down to bush her out more.Is it ok to top her more than once or is it better to continue to LST her ?
And while I'm at it , I'm growing a Querkle and was wondering if she likes to be topped or is it better to just let her go and LST her to manage height ? Sorry for all the newbie questions , sec. year growing and still working out the kinks . First pic. shows the Querkle , sec. the Buddha's Dream . Thanks for any insight !

Its July and there not that big yet you should be fine leaving them alone. Ive topped querkle before and seemed fine but they never were real big plants.

Real nice and healthy looking though. That makes the best bud. Keep it green till harvest.

Keep it green , mold free , and may one of the Querkles turn purple at harvest time .
