budding already?

Okay, so this is kind of good and bad news.

Good news: I know its female.

Bad news: I am running my lights 18 on/6 off, and all my plants are only about two feet tall, one is already budding...yet all the others are not..

any clue why? it gets the same amount of water and light as the others...

any answers would be awesome, thanks.

ya, they are all from the same strain / seeds.

pre flowers of course, but i have no changed or shocked it in anyway...i was hoping to get them twice as big before shocking them into flowering.

when you flower they will double in size if there in a big enough pot!

im new at this...is that unrealistic?

i have that much height in the space im growing, and i was hoping to get the most out of it as i could.

how high should i let them get before i bud em up?

i never knew they grew twice the size when you change cycle...am i that much of a noob...or all you all fucking with me?

no seriously. when you flower they can double in size and more. so you might end up tieing it down!

It's true, you'll get more vertical growth per day in the first week or 2 in 12/12 then you did on any given day for the entire veg period. The plants freak out with the lack of light and stretch like little bitches for a bit... they say 2x to 4x increase in vertical height once you are in 12/12...
