Budding Question...

I have a plant that I had under 24 hour lights for like 2 months...I recently put it outside about 3 week ago...Could It possibly start budding cuz it is only getting 14 1/2 hours of light now???

anytime you change from 24hrs light to dark cycle there is a chance for premature budding.
