BudRanger's Indoor Grow

Hey there!

Looking to share my love for the hobby with others. I love to improve so I appreciate criticism, I don't take it personally or anything like that. Everybody is welcome to comment or reply to this journal, and I don't mind answering questions.

I grow using LEDs and living soil. I am still relatively new to both these things so I am still learning at this stage.

Hope you enjoy my grow and thanks for stopping by!

Week 6 of Flower, day 41.

I have 6 girls going right now each in 3 gallon pots, and I am towards the end of a small pheno hunt. They are all Kir Royales, and I have clones of all the keepers. I have decided which I like most yet, so I am going to re-run the best 4 that have the terps I was hunting. They are under a 730w LED set to 80%, and they are in a 5x5 grow tent. I have 2 fans blowing above the canopy, and a floor fan blowing below the canopy. I use an AC and dehumidifier to keep temp/humidity in line, has been quite difficult lately! A recent inspection revealed no strange growths, pollen sacks or anything like that so this has been a pretty smooth grow.

Geeeesh my man! I thought you were open to criticism? How about leaving something on the table to criticize! Goood laaawd! Lmao! Lol really looks good! Keep up the good work
HAHA Thank you so much man, I really appreciate it! Really nice of you to say that, I tried really hard this time around I gave it my all, it is my 2nd run in soil and I kept a really close eye on what weeks I fed them and when they would need food again. My fan leaves look like dogshit, and its all my fault haha. I thought I was being smart lowering humidity and increasing fan in response to high humidity outside, but I ended up drying the fan leaves out.

The 3 girls in the front, and the middle girl in the back are the 4 phenotypes I am running again, I cant decide on which I like most so I am rerunning the best ones haha. Here they are in veg, I just watered them too, going to transplant them in about 4 days. Thanks for your kind words man, I am making my way through your thread now haha, nice plants man, I am on page 8.

Keeping notes is vital! And yes YOU put in the work, you can always tell. You made a change, noted the results and keep it moving! Love it!

The clones look great! I'm running my first clone, I like it. Excited for the GG4 too!

I'm subbed!

I couldn't agree more my friend, I have a notepad document that helps me go back and see what I did, my notes have been a huge help. I put everything in there in as simple English as I can so that its not a chore to find where I went wrong. Gotta stop being lazy and put some of this into my posts haha I will do this next update which should be the harvest.

Gave my ladies a haircut and a very light strip. I removed clumped up leaves that weren't doing anybody any favours and shaded lower branches but only on the lowest 2 nodes. Everything else was left untouched. Also trained 2 tops, you can see them bent over with plant clips.

A group shot of the 4 pheno's that I will be re-running to get a better look at. The other 2 were great as well but not what I was looking for.

Week 8 of Veg, day 51.

The clones have just been transplanted into 30L pots. These are the 4 Kir Royale phenos that I really liked, so I am growing them again to decide which I like most. Gave them rhizo and a transplant product with microbes, fungi etc. I also charged the soil with top dress. Did the same thing I always do, nothing different. I plan to let them grow into their pots for the next 2 weeks, and then I am going to flip them.

Week 8 of veg, day 54.

Girls have recovered and have been growing quite quickly since the transplant, will need to apply more plant trainers soon. I have managed to keep the canopy relatively level with boosters under the shorter plants.
