budrot/ mold issues...

Okay, so ive been doing an outdoor grow here in ny, and i wanted to wait 2 weeks to compleetly flush all nutes from my containers but we ran into some pretty bad cold weather/ rain for about 10 days. This is when i really started to noticr the budrot. While i removed the rotted sections of the buds, every day they stayed outside they were getting worst and worst.
I decided to harvest yesterday because the weather was wet and humid again...

This morning when i went to check the buds for mold, i fond some white fuzzies forming within some of the buds. I quickley removed what i saw and placed it in the freezer.

My question for all you pros is how do i stop the spread of the mold spores on the rest of my crop (because im sureee its all covered), and will putting all the plants/ buds in a -30 degree deep freezer kill all mold and spores? And if so will the freezer ruin the bud by destroying the cell walls or any of that nonsence?

This is my first grow and i want to loose as little bud as possible. I allready lost enough :/

Also... i chopped the plants at the base of the stem and hung thsm all upside down (still with whatever leaves they still had on them) in a hidden room sectioned off from within my closet. (Used to be my old grow room before getting cought and moving outdoors). Theres an osolating fan on a low-med setting blowing on the plants to help an even dry.

Well a dry non humid enviorment will help. You could nuke em in the microwave. Maybe freeze them as you were trying. If it were me I'd put them out in the sun for an hour. Seems like the best approach. That sucks dude. Hope you still have a big harvest.

yea well low humidity is obviously key, but im looking for a definite answer as to whether or not sub zero temps will def kill off mold spores... and if not will it damage the buds at all? im trying to have a professional style dry/ cure here...

also, obviously it dosnt sound to healthy, but would a light spray of Lysol disinfectant help sterilize the buds/ room? i would make sure not to overdue it... trust me.

any advise would be great... i know many have had this issue and gotten past it. Id really like to not have to microwave/ oven dry if i have the choice, makes the smoke harsh as hell.

Fuck lysol. Use alcohol it will evaporate. Lysol has other chemicals in it...
Just trim it off too. Mold is mold.

best to squeeze buds and watch for orange/brownish mush that forms in the buds...that cah spread fast and take 25% of top...

but takes a good examination...

no spray...def not lysol..

and trichs are alcohol soluble...just cut out mold and try to shake tps when wet to remove any moisture...

even remove molded bud so that any dripping water won't effect lower buds..
