trust me when i say it if not in last week or 2 of flower it will be some fucked up bud

after searching foxtailing on this site im not as upset (the song helped too). We had a crazy temp shift in Maine for a couple of days, from like 50's to 80's and I hadnt installed my AC yet. My room did get into the mid 80's for a couple of hours. That may be what caused it.

17 days left, they went into bud 2/12. The biggest bummer of all is that I cant even smoke to take away some of the sadness, I have a pee test Thursday.

i did run high temps cuz i ran 4 400 w hps

so maybe heat is a factor
u may be on to something
heat stress?

Sooooo fox-tailing" is sometimes ;
1 heat
2 humidity
3 genetics

The biggest being number three! I run a pretty tight ship with computer run environmental controls . Now I have had many pollen chucked crosses "run" or helicopter if you will some will do it any time any place!
Many famouse poly- hybrids such as jackH. And super silver haze a-13 so forth all are foxtailing like mad under many conditions ..

So in your case I ask did you use canna boost?? Or superthrive or any fancy booster??

i think u need to move time frame up for chop on FT plants

I guess it probably started about 2 weeks ago. Now that I think about it im more inclined to think it has something to do with the light intensity, this is only happening on the very top buds that are closest to the lights. I'm just now starting to get a few orange hairs on the buds, and i mean a few like less than 10 percent so I would hate to chop them this early. I wonder what would happen if I pulled one of the lights out or raised them up a bit.

I have run these strains and nutes before, the only change was the addition of a second k 2 weeks into flower. I did use cannboost and have used it in the past.

dude it will take for ever to revert if ever chop in days before its worse

i added mor light which added more heat
maybe we need to use what we got from get go
not add that could be problem
it sees more light says hey light im going after it
and grows to the light
''dont go to the light ''

It did a little bit but not to the extent they are now. And you are right that was directly under the light. I think your onto something. Thanks for all the help man, I appreciate having someone to bounce this stuff around with.

we may have helped each other bro
we are both on to something here
so maybe crop rotation so one is not exposed to direct light for starters
and maybe more air movement
