bud's are wilting! suggestions

Two of the buds on my 1st plant are starting to wilt. The rest of the buds and plant are fine but I dont know whats wrong with the two. They are on the same side of plant but not on the same branch. Any help would be appreciated.

Have they been touching anything, in particular, the same thing?

Im just using fluorescent and CFls and they are far a foot away. I thought maybe they weren't getting enough air circulation ... They haven't touched anything that I know.

the pivoting seems to have stop the wilting of the buds. Thanks

Why have u got CFls so far away? 3-5cm is optimal

i grow with cfl. try to keep the bulb about 3-4 inches away.
