Buds growing on fan leaf stem

Has anyone seen this? I have 3 buds growing on a fan leaf stem.

Haven't had that but I've had this. Just a minor blip in the plants growth.

There was a guy on here awhile back he was getting them on all of his leaf stems ,I had a few buds on leafs like my avatar,
