Buds went from round and fat to skinny and tall

The buds on my plant are nice and fat but the new growth on the buds are just growing tall skinny this started about a week ago. I haven't changed a thing I water about every 3 days when I notice the soil is dry the trichromes are still clear I just don't understand why this is goin so im looking for all your opinions I will upload pictures here in a few hours thank you.

Looks like a hybrid and very Sativa ish. Those are how some sativa buds look. Or foxtailing

Temps around 80 85 going on week five.cant find to much info on lemon G as I understand its a pretty rare strain. Lower flowers are getting fatter but tops continue to foxtai'll I guess I'll take a look at the trichromes tomorrow. Next grow thinking holy grail kush would love your opinions on the strain thanks fellas!
