Bug - Insect Identification!

I'm noticing strange bugs, they are like flying fleas or something, they appear to jump/hop or fly, please see image,

I know it's not a very good picture, but an expert eye may be able to tell me what specie of bug this is and if they will harm my plants, If they do what would be the best and safest route to rid of them? money is no object at this point, when it comes to bugs, what is important is that what I purchase works and does not harm my plants.

Please Advise!

This doesn't harm your plants at all and what about during flowering? Can anybody recommend a good safe product I could purchase and use during veg/flowering?

That's soo cool I gotta get me a couple, how many do you think I'll need for small closet? hopefully like one as they are 10 bucks a peice and what happens if they run out of pests to munch, will they move on or am I risking killing the poor lady?

Thanks for the info!

They arent 10 bucks a piece. They are $10 for 1 pack which contains 1500 live, pre-fed lady bugs. Im pretty sure 1500 will be enough :)

Lowe's has them in their garden department (on the lady bug note). think I saw them at walmart too, they are a little mesh bag on racks near the registers. Or ask someone.

Thanks again!
