So we have some indoor and some outdoor. We have 4 going outside right now. They are extremely healthy but only one of the plants has little flies all over the base, dirt and steam of the plant. The flies are not around the buds etc. The flies are very small, black, with clear wings. Are they harmful? If so what can we use to kill them without hurting the plant?
