Bugs are living inside my soil!

Well i have this fuckers living inside my soil its looks so much like this one

I was trying to catch one of them but man he jumped and he is so quick! So i was flushing my soil last night and you can see lots of small ones swimming around and as soon as water drys out in to the soil bugs go into soil too but not dead! So im thinking all i need is to get something that would kill them but not my roots! Im in 4th week flowering! If i dont get rid of them my plants will die , they are looking bad at the moment i have some pic up on this post

Plant lice bro!! I had em. I couldn't kill them with anything but they didnt hurt my plants. More of a nusance than anything.

I think you have white flies, they nest in the soil and lay larve.... Neem oil is the way to go!! Making sure you spray really good under the leaves and in that soil using a spray bottle.. I always a rake the top soil first then spray....

they dont fly bro they jumping like leafhopper! But i will try to get that Neem oil it works for many insects i think

Yea, its great, you can get it at Home Depot or Lowes in the states... or get you some lady bugs, they eat and kill everything but your plant!!

they shouldnt hurt your plant, but i would try to kill them somehow, try that neem oil

i.ve had a few different bugs living in my soil none of which hurt my plants, not saying those wont, but dont stress out and start putting all kinds of shit in ur soil, u could hurt the ladies.
