i have seen a lot of gnats flying around and some of these plants are starting to look pretty bad. I've sprayed them twice with Organocide. Is this damage to the foliage from the gnats or some other kind of problem? I think I have also seen a few inch worms in the box too.

inspect the underside of your leaves.

if there are tiny bugs there you should be able to see them with the naked eye but with a magnifying glass would be easier.

you might have mites. i'm not sure if gnats will eat the leaves like that but spider mites will.

THRIPSSSS, that looks like thrip damage, is there a silvery snail trail on the leaves? either way safer soap is ok but after i use neem oil i dont see anything, blast your room too, a good plant of attack is get your plant outa there either spray down the whole room or unleash a pyrethrum bomb and spray your plants with neem oil generously and put up some aphid thrips sticky papers
